I was a member of HCDX some long years back when I lived in Gloucester.
Since then my radio interests have changed and grown a little.
I now have pc based decoders for CW and Navtex.

This seems to be AFN Guam. Listed on their website as 13362 USB. Been
listening to it for a couple of hours here in New Zealand 0300 UTC
onwards. Mainly C and W. No Spanish heard today, all North American
English. Plenty of military related ads - superannuation, welfare etc.
And ID is definitel
