more comments again until 1045 when music returns. At 1100
a female talks over music followed with possible news. Signal stayed at a
poor level during the period.
PERU 4955 R. Cultural Amauta 0023 tlk by W slowly in what sounded like
EG over mx. Ment of Arequipa. Recheck at 0029 found M w/outro mentioning
.the program is called ?? . Then M w/intro for next pgm w/what sounded
very much like a ment of HCJB. Rel. pgm to ToH, then SP rel. mx pgm.
