Does anyone know the QSL policy of Iceland these days? I have sent 2
reports for my reception on 189 kHz with a CD and I have also sent two e
mails to inquire about my reports. I have not heard anything. Any help
would be appreciated.

I've had similar results. I sent a written report + CD in 2007 and
followed up with an e-mail + MP3 last fall and not heard from them. The
RUV website www.ruv.is lists e-mail addresses for most or all of the
staff. However, the site is in Icelandic, and Google's English
