interview; ID. Broadcasting with fair signal and modulation,
ANGOLA 4949.728 measured around 1820 UT on Aug 28, Radio Nacional,
Mulenvos, poor S=5-6 or -88dBm signal.
BRAZIL 11925.231 kHz measured exact at 1858 UT on Aug 28.
Rádio Bandeirantes, Sao Paulo, poor afternoon signal Brazil - Europe path.

to hear it signing on as early as 0600 (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
** MALAYSIA. Correxion: wrong date was on this log.
Noted here in central Europe DRM Block ASC 21715 kHz at 13.59:30 UT,
TX OFF til 13.59:40 UT S=6 or -88dBm.
Change over from 114 degrees azimuth,
to other 250degr antenna at ASC, 1400-1430 UT Aug 28.
4th try successful,
to put DRM TX on air at 13.59:41 UTC
250degr azimuth comes a little
Noted here in central Europe DRM Block ASC 21715 kHz at 1205 UT,
only S=6 or -87dBm strength.
Sorry, I've no DRM decoding software / unit gear at hand.
Similar AM signal, but easily to understand 21630 kHz French BBC
from ASC.
Also 17640 kHz BBC French from ASC,
but 16mb, S=9+25dB much stronger
