But Aoki shows TWR India not until 1345-1445, variety of languages
depending on day of week, quarter of hour. Must have expanded (Glenn

Around 16 UT R Kuwait 11630 kHz was OFF.
but noted totally distorted audio signal on 11710 kHz,
probably AIR Khampur Persian bcast. Always something wrong with AIR service.
SWAZILAND 11659.976 odd fq of TWR Africa from Manzini Swaziland, hopping
+/- 2 Hertz up and down. At 1648 UT on Sats
