Brazilian SDR receivers - with a clear station ID. Also heard many other IDs.

A couple of years ago I visited Radio Yura in Bolivia and I'm still in touch
with one of the announcers of the stations. He wrote me on Monday that Radio
Yura was back on the air, so I started checking various SDR receivers in South
America as from the (supposed) sign on time at 2200 UTC, and
CHINA CNR-1 Jamming vs. SOH Xi Wang Zhi Sheng on new 15760 kHz, July 9:
1200-1300 on 15760 unknown kW / unknown to EaAs Chinese, weak/fair signal

1100-1400 NF 11725 KWT 250 kW / 030 deg to WeAs Farsi, ex 11910, re-ex 7435
0630-1100 NF 17800 KWT 250 kW / 050 deg to WeAs Farsi, ex 5860 - NO CHANGE
Both frequencies are unregistered in A-20 HFCC Database July 3 but
