I tuned the dials late at night last week and ran across the fairly common
KSJX 1500 San Jose, about 2000 miles away. What caught my ear was what they
were airing.
It was a Vietnamese song and while I didn't understand one iota of what
they were saying, I recognized the melody immediately
i wish it would cease.. this is getting old lol... for those of you in
the lower 48 it enhances or causes unique reception to be possible.
However, up here in the 49th state, even the slightest atmospheric vomit
totally ruins radio reception. In my now over 3 years combined of being in
ABKHAZIA Rep of- rather formerly part of GEORGIA / Georgian SSR -
{Wiki says 56% Abkhaz, rest Russian and Armenian nationals;
in 1890year also some 12 % Greek residents there during Osmanic Empire}
