BRAZIL Voz Missionaria measured much ODD fq of 5940.217 kHz at 06.06 UT
S=8-9 strength, and UNSTABLE TX unit in 31 mband on
9665.002 to x.012 kHz, S=9+30dB at 06.01 UT, unstable
re. 9664.901 kHz ??? that's wrong-string fq measured ?!

They don't entirely skip certain bands that are used for international
broadcasting -- e.g., 5800- 5900, 7400 - 7600, 9900 - 9995, 11500 - 11600.
