(AM) in an unidentified language, sounding somewhat Eastern European. Signal
is about S9. Male announcer speaking to another male via telephone, somewhat
involved conversation. Periodic breaks for Christmas music, such as
I've just been informed this is Kol Israel -- is listed on the Kol site now.
Never heard it here before, though.
