Nouakchott, Mauritania, which has a 0100 UTC sign off. Programming is
usually in Arabic at this time.

Radio Pakistan is today back on it's correct frequency of 21465 kHz for it's
0800-1104 UTC Broadcast.
Yesterday's transmission on 21454.98 kHz must have been due to an incorrect
punch-up in frequency at the transmitter site

I have listened to recordings and can confirm that the Interval Signal being
played is that of Radio Ethiopia which transmits on 7110 kHz in Amharic at
the time you heard it.
