I am hearing a station right now (0327 UTC) on this frequency with a male
announcer and occasional music.
I am using a Japan Radio NRD-515 and K9AY Loop antenna. No sign of them
yesterday after I first saw your e-mail but peaks above the noise often.

PERU. 5626.8v- Radio Cielo, Chiclayo, Peru. At 1110 UTC- Based on
Bjorn Malm's log in HCDX & Cumbre, tuned into this freq to hear definite
Peruvian music. Clear multiple Radio Cielo IDs at 1121-1122 UTC by male
announcer then back
to Peruvian music.

I can verify(!) that John, indeed QSLs reports and is possibly the last hope
for dxers to get full data verifications with site listed from VOA/RFE/RL.
John just verified one of my reports just this past month.
