It was quite a surprise, as I expected at the most an e mail reply but who knows? Maybe he never saw my earlier reports. I have heard that more than once through the years. The first or second letter either lands on someone's desk they do not know what to do with it or it gets buried. Sometimes, the report just never reaches the station for one reason or another.
