on 11785. First one with Islamic chants/talks seems to be
Cairo and the weaker one gave an ID that sounds like
Saudi Arabia. On 11787 the carrier without any readable
modulation continues.

right now (22 MARCH
The shortwave transmitter on 11787 has been on most of the day, though apart
from early this morning there has been hardly any perceptible modulation. We
did get a recording at 0550 UTC while they were attempting to broadcast
Saddam's speech. I also heard an interesting milcom on 11175 at 1332 UTC
