**CHINA 7245 Khz PBS Xizang broadcasting in English playing music 1651z-1700z >From Lhasa with a steady S4,S5 Signal into NW Ant.Half Moon Bay,California KiWi rSDR.USA.I am amazed during a path of darkness To hear Lhasa which is about 150 miles north of BHUTAN and not even Their local midnight yet into California well past sunrise after 10 Am in the morning.I Remember in my Amateur Radio hobby experiencing This during a sunspot minimum much less near a sunspot maximum.I wonder how much of this represents 100,000 watts of transmitting power VS.
