IRSS will be broadcasting a test transmission today, Saturday March 19 
between 100-1100 and between 1300-1400 on 15725 kHz, 20 kW power.
Till 26 March, this station plan to start a transmission on this frequency 
every Saturday between 0900-1600.

"Hi There,

Here is some last minute information on a some tests scheduled this 
week-end from IRRS-Shortwave:

On Saturday March 19, 2005 IRRS-Shortwave will be running some tests as 
follows :

Freq.: 15,725 kHz (20 kW)
from 1000-1100 UTC and :
from 1300-1400 UTC
Targets: Europe, N Africa and the Mediterranean. DX reception may be 
possible outside the target area in the Americas, Australia and NZ.

This will be in addition to our usual schedule on 13,840 kHz (from 
0800-1300 UTC) and on 5,775 kHz from 2000-2130

We plan to start an additional 7 hrs broadcast every Saturday effective 
March 26 from 0900-1600UTC on 15,725 kHz to Europe, N Africa and the
