I’ll change this to a definite logging. Heard an ID today for “Radio Sakha” by male anncr a few seconds after the 1100 time beeps. Signal is better today than it was on Sunday. This station seems to make an appearance whenever there are national elections in Russia. Perhaps the politicos want the ethnic groups in the Far East to feel as though they’re getting good services?
