Huge signal into central Alberta this morning on 9620 kHz. In the clear at
1727 plus. The AIR Interval SIgnal at 1730 then into Arabic with the Quran.

With even short antenna for MW the local station on 972 is heard quite well at
-71dbm with nice ol Greek songs at 2028 Also another in 1602 steady at -69 dbm
5995? seen some faint signal form unknown , just carrier shown? at -90dbm seems
it has some modulation but can?t be heard . in Italy with also low signal ,
Canary is full , nearly nothing on Cyprus Some signal in Cagliari with music
form Zamfir or similar.This is possibly the anti NK clandestine EOHope as
noticed in eibi
Finally the signal is RFK or similar after listening form NW Eire kSDR
6000 ?with CNR at 2100 from its ID as? tested via Eire -81dbm signal locally
9105 for VoP at 2114? moved wth -871dbm max
9410 and 9445? Firedragon signals on 2116 QMRing others..

1507 recitation - always a short scripted piece; 1510 song; 1513 ID
and live YLs with 32nd program of the season, references to f?tbol and
mundial - can`t escape these stupid ballgames. 1518 temp is 1 degree;
it`s not dark at midnite; 1519 contact info; 1521 song about Mundial;
but chopped off air at 1522*! I keep listening to noise just in case
until 1555.
Believe it or not, I have never tried to hear their webcast, but after
breakfast, via the WOR Hitlist, I bring it up at 1558:

and there they are, still going, so to them I guess it matters little
whether the SW dumps off or not. Historical talk; 1614 mentions the
33rd program will be next Wednesday; 1615 a Ricky Martin song; 1620

** CANADA. 2749 USB, Nov 23 at 2321, marine weather in French, VP S3;
also sounds same on 2598 USB, which is JBA so can`t make a match for
sure. Dxinfocentre.com shows both starting at 2317:

2598, VBQ-22, Natashquan (Escoumins), FF/EE, 600 watts. I guess the ()
means it relays Escoumins. E is in PQ on the north shore of

** CUBA. 13809, Nov 23 at 2319, very weak scratching is all that RHC
13740 AM can muster as a spurblob, 69 kHz above, and even less of a

** KIRITIMATI. 846 kHz, Nov 23 at 0709, JBA carrier from R. Kiribati,
noticeably stronger than its TA companions 837, 855 et al., from
Spain. I file this under the individual island name, but IRCA has
accepted my contention that it should be separate from Tarawa, two
timezones away; from IRCA DX Monitor Nov 26, published Nov 21:
