Can anyone help here: unID stn on 1680 kHz, in the
expanded part of the dial, with Indian music and IDs as ABC Radio and
sixty-eighty AM and mention 1 watts of power (probably day power, since it
was pretty fadey for a 1 watts signal, I guess they are running 1000 watts
