Frequency changes for listeners in Europe and S.E.Asia.
As part of our new winter schedule, our regularly scheduled broadcast
to Europe from 2200 to 2300 will now be broadcast on 9355 kHz (32.06 meter
band).
In addition, beginning on November 8, our regularly scheduled programs
to Southeast Asia
Power of SCANDINAVIAN WEEKEND RADIO on 1602 kHz is 100 Watts told Esa on phone. So,
it will be a real DX-catch outside Finland. Pse, let me know if you can hear it.

Propagation has been exceptional good this week. So, I´ve managed to hear several
Radio Republik Indonesia stations on SW. The strongest station in the 90 mb yesterday
October 29 1340-1435 UT was RRI Palangkaraya from Kalimantan broadcasting on 3325 kHz.

The FCC today released the full BPL Report and Order (R&O) it adopted just
two weeks ago. While extolling the purported benefits of broadband over
power line technology, the 81-page document also declares the FCC's
intention to "protect licensed services from harmful interference."

amateur community to contact ARRL to say it's QRMing the top 10 kHz of 75
meters and asking what can be done about it. Not much, as it turns out. The
