First the disclaimer :
Full analysis on how the mistake was hapened : I was using a 10" tablet in its
bag same time charged when i did that. Jakarta SDR was using the 8RX mode
instad of nominal 4. THis removes inabiltiy to have a spectrum analysis or

Yes and no. Yes, the program is officially from Radio Bandeirantes. No, TX
is not the 10 KW Bandeirantes is another person with 30 watts in 6090 MG
state.
