This is missing from dxinfocentre.com, not on any frequency, probably ``decommissioned``. I have heard it before, many times last winter, finally on Feb 5: it`s 1000 watts from Armstrong in remote NW Ontario. But classaxe.com RNA Signals List shows it still logged as recently at 2021-10-02, but never in OK, and power of only 100 watts. 212-MCW kHz, Oct 5 at 0640, dash and YGX, 50 watts from Gillam MB.
