at tuneby just before. Presumed RHC, last known frequency for 23-24
English hour. I had been checking all current and remembered
frequencies for that, but unfound, nor before 2300. Usual pattern in
EST season is to move it
** BRAZIL. 9664.794, Nov 8 at 0710, RVM with music on variable
frequency. Had been no signal previous night or two (Glenn Hauser, OK,
WOR)
** CUBA. 6165, Nov 8 at 0721, S8/S9 of dead air. Must be RHC English
not turned off yet. No other RHCs still on air. Lots of stuff listed
on 6165, but nothing
