I think they are operated by a radio amateur operator and he has a license
from the regulation commitee in Italy. I also have a QSL card from them.

a transmission from teh foreign service KOL ISRAEL on 6985 kHz. Much

4850, Difusora Acreana at 2030 and 2150 UTC, and today for the first time I
know that many dxer regularly listen an italian station on 4510 Khz but no
trace of this transmission in any log. No stop italian music on
les prcisions pertinentes concordantes de gunter et franck sur
l'harmonique 3 d'un station AM italienne.
...and what about other shifted frequency and Brazil on 60 mt. at 2030?
