Regarding Hectors woes with Voice of Turkey . Yes you indeed ' probably '
hear the Voice Of Turkey ', but did not recieve a QSL . Some dxers never try
for QSLS but state that they heard the station , as for me, I am a QSL
hound...To me bragging rights in our hobby IS A QSL !!!

Signal very good till 0900 when another Brazilian signed on the air .
There sure alot of Brazilians on 60 meters and other freqs.

Hi, I have been looking at my QSL collection from the last 40 years , and I
found a QSL from the late 60's from what was called CBC , or was it RADIO
CANADA NORTHERN SERVICE ? My question is, does this Shortwave Northern
Service still exist ?
I also read in a old Harry Helms book on the radio

someone please expalin ( again ) to me why I am getting NDB'S on around 800
