18 Hertz BUZZ tone fq distance.
9514.982 kHz TWR Manzini Africa from E'Swatini,
and 9515even kHz KBS Seoul KOR,

9515 kHz in usage by KBS for decades.

yes, this co-channel mixture,
plus 18 Hertz BUZZ tone distance
is very annoying frequency selection these days.

Can anyone supply me with the name and e-mail of the frequency manager for
TWR Swaziland (Eswatini)? The HFCC database shows Bernhard Schraut, but
there are so many errors in this list that I am not sure if he is still
responsible for the HF planning.

The reason for asking is I am trying to get rid of the dreadful clash
between KBS Korea and TWR Swaziland on 9515 kHz at 17:45 here in Europe,
which has been going on since the start of A20. An e-mail to KBS several
months ago (even written in Korean language to their Engineering section)
has resulted in no response. I thought I might have more luck if I
approach TWR, and explain that their signals beamed north from Manzini do
not automatically stop at the southern coast of the Mediterranean, but are
strong enough to badly affect the KBS European service.
