Tune in @ 2100 with no signal whatsoever. By 2200 there was a wave sign on the Perseua screen and some very tentative music briefly rising above the band noise. Music continued to improve , slightly , but no other audio was able to break thru the noise. Finally at 2153 I caught a positive ID in English. I could just briefly make out the announcer saying “Voice of Hope” . The band noise was just to high to get any real good audio. If this would stay on the air for another hour or two I believe that the signal would improve to a decent listenable level.
