I would not be surprised if it were RHC. Wrong language, wrong time, wrong
frequency. Same thing might never happen again. Rather than 2 x 7570 WRMI

Here's a clip of Rebelde on 1180 from Saturday night August 8th. 1180 here
is somewhat rare and if I hear it, I usually only here one transmitter..
but listen to the guys speech in the very beginning of the recording, I
hear what sounds like a tiny tiny bit of a stutter caused by Echo of
multiple
Cuba on AM is quite possible in most of the US. Rebelde's high powered
710khz transmitter has bombed in here to Laramie, WY like a ton of bricks
before, so much so it's sounded as good as KOA 850 from Denver 150 miles
away. This is Rebelde on 710khz form Sun Aug 9th at 1128pm mountain. Not
the
CUBA Checked 22 - 23 UT time lot. RadioCuba and their programmes
of RHC and 'Mesa Redonda' now on DST, since Sunday March 8th.
Still missed:
RHC to South Africa at 100 degrees from Bauta, scheduled 22-24 UT,
not heard on March 10, when checked 7380, 9720, nor 11880 kHz.
RHC Portuguese on 11700

announcer in Spanish a few minutes later. Not enough to move the S-meter, and

Just came back from the start-up of the new 10 kW output Radio Progreso
relay at the Isle of Youth, south of Cuba.
The frequency is 730 kHz , and the transmitter is rather close to the
Caribbean sea, so the 100 meter high TUNIPOLE antenna with 120 radials
Cuba, 9650, Radio Havana Cuba, 0001-0035 Noted news and
comments in Spanish. Signal was good and I don't see this
listed anywhere in my references. Parallel on 5965 KHz.
