Tuned via UTwente, it`s 15514.706 and very distorted S9. Much clearer English
but somewhat distorted still, on 15530 S9+25, which is also splattering between
15500 and 15560. But 15514.706
supposed to be in Arabic now but is in English. It the first time
English has ended up here.

ON 15510 at least since 1145 with very clear signal ,no CNR QRM and nearly
zero bad packets.Near FM reception. Mostly talks with short timed music, 1120
ID idaatu dowlet Kuwait then discussions by two YLs and OM seems mostly about
the war(?)
One of the very rare so clear signals: DRM-B,
KUwait bumping on 15110 this time with Tagalog program right now on 1115+ with
great signal of S10 and very good audio . After news , ID with email info and
phones with program from a local station with music and phone ins.The second
song is Filipino

KUWAIT 9750 / 11630 / 21540 Nothing noted June 26 at 1235 UT on 13650
kHz. Paul in Austria told me yesterday, that he heard R Kuwait on 13650 kHz
around 13-15 UT, despite scheduled later in time span only 18-21 UT on that
channel.
Today June 26 at 1239 UT heard Arabic program of R Kuwait on
21540 21/Apr 1251 A collision between the Radio Kuwait and REE, from my
listening post. Both come with almost the same signal. Slight predominance
of Radio Kuwait during the time of my listening. Probably the collision is
present in Africa, affecting the transmission of REE. Strong signal (Jorge
** KUWAIT. 11990, Radio Kuwait, 1800-1840+, Oct 17, English
programming with National Anthem at 1800 followed by program
about the teachings of Islam. IDs. Local music. Lite pop music.
Time pips English news at 1830. Back to US pop music at 1834.

yesterday evening no trace of Oman on 15355, which should be towards Europe.
Furtermore Kuwait was noted with a strong signal on 9880, instead of 9855,
parallel to 15495, after 22 UTC. Kuwait on 9880 covered CRI-English
