Bolivia, 6134.80, Radio Santa Cruz, 2354-2359, Noted a female in Spanish language comments. Needed to notch out a signal from Brazil before being able to hear Santa Cruz. The chatter is very weak. At 2358 Radio Romania comes up with it's Interval Signal blocking the frequency. (Chuck Bolland, October 14, 2009)
