SPAIN, Radio Exterior de España have problems with its 15390 frequency
for long time, the audio is very distorted and almost unintelligible.
Months ago I sent an email to the station communicating the fault, but
was not repaired.

I hope this be the only typo in extensive report: I wrote // 9355, instead of
correct // 9395; fixed:
9455, March 14 at 0131 check, RAE English interviewing an Argentine expat in
New York, same kind of show they were doing almost a year ago. Now 9455 is
S9+10, much stronger than // 9395, the
