CUBA At 0655 UT heard RHC English on both remaining 6000even kHz outlet from QUI, latter stopped at 07.00 UT, only 6100even from Bauta site as single fq operation this Nov 22 morning. Announced an Arnie Coro program in this 07-08 UT hour. But both 6000 and 6100 kHz were totally OVERMODULATED
