The transmitter signed ion today (June 7th) just a smidge after 1458UTC and
audio soon picked up with an English language talk show, ovbciiusoy based
in the US.. referring to a governor and something they did but without
mentioning who or what. Audio cut out briefly the show picked up then was
I reviewed my recording of the Ugandan Clandestine on 15170kHz on Saturday
at 1500UTC. I dont know what NEXUS/IRRS transmitter site this is using, but
I noticed something interesting in reviewing my recording that I'd left
unattended while I did other work.
The clandestines program was over early
15220 is Thu-Mon, not Daily, but is inactive at present
