service (Vonage or AT&T). So your comment caught my eye. I just did
a web search, and Bayonne seems more a server/PBX type code. Does it
let you call anywhere? How would it connect to the standard telephone
system in another city

Another option which allows unlimited participants is Teamspeak. Skype
has a 4 or 5 person conference call limit. Teamspeak is multiplatform
and we have it set up on the WorldVistA server.
