I see now that Jim was referring to many links in these tutorial documents 
at http://www.hardhats.org/fileman/Main/FMtut_frm.htm .

I've now changed most of them so that the hyperlinks go to hardhats, rather 
than to the inaccessible VA web pages.  Many of the links are in upper-case,

however, and our Unix server doesn't like mixed-case file names, so these 
links remain broken.
