Our requirements are thus:
1. Seamless (or nearly seamless) integration with Outlook
2. Good webmail.
3. Integration with AD
4. Ability to scale beyond 100 users
5. Price
Right now the only thing killing Exchange is that you need to buy the server
OS, and a bunch of Exchange CAL's.

A bit over a week ago, ICQ changed the login procedure slightly. You need a
patched Trillian AIM/ICQ module to get it to work. I do not know if there
are patches for pre-3.1 clients (I don't think there are), but they had the
3.1 patch released quickly. You can just tell Trillian to check for
clean install of 3.1, go figure.
Guess I did remember there was a patch, wish I could find the patch at trillian
