Yes. I am a big fan, and own 2 Dell 2716 GBit switches. Both are so much better that the Netgear 10/100 switches they replaced. My Brother still only does 10/100, but even it seems spritlier on the Dell switches. I gladly give the 2716's 5 STARS.

Yes, and unlike the 2700 series, the 2800 series supports STP/RSTP and SNMP. That was my biggest complaint for an otherwise solid inexpensive basic switch. We just moved to a big Catalyst 3750 stack at work (needed something stackable and PoE), so unfortunately I'll be stuck with over a dozen
