I use ANYDVD and either nero recode or DVDCOPY2
haven't used DVD shrink lately except to combine two disks to one when
nero was anal about it :)(

One way is to use DVD decrypter for some of the newer copy
protections... rip that to hdd, then use dvdshrink to grab the .vob
files from the folder and create the DVD.
