WLAN is RF and thus again voodoo. I only know I have similar puzzling results
whenever I compare any 2 randomly chosen WLAN-Xceivers.
10cm of movement may change situation totally, and the sending out of beacons
isn't very comparable between different APs.

Heh :-) Well, I ran the iwlist scan a number of times to make sure I
didn't just get some freak results.
What I'm looking for is the answer to two questions:
- what performance can people reasonably expect, especially when
2 matches
