This is what I can relate to you about the Dead Sea Scrolls copy. It cost about $7000 and was made by a company in Japan named Kohansha (?), I think. Elisha Qimron of Ben Gurion worked with them. There was an edition that went a long with it. I believe that the Jewish Museum owns one and they
