Have you tried DavkaWriter (see www.davkawriter.com)? You can do nekudot in Word? Whenever I try to just do Hebrew letters, they end up switched around. Davka has a lot of features of Word plus Hebrew. I've used it to mail merge diplomas with Hebrew names as well as English. Rose Myers Edith
