Friends - This question was raised on the Conservative rabbis'
listserve a few weeks ago as many of us received contacts from this
group. The concensus was that this is a Jews for Jesus type
organization. I haven't verified that personally but I would proceed
with utmost caution.

I just want to second Eileen's recommendation. We just had Mitchell James
Kaplan speak at NSS Beth El this past weekend and he was fabulous! He
facilitated our book club's discussion of his novel, By Fire, By Water, on
Shabbat afternoon and presented on 1492: The Rest of the Story on Sunday
At last year's AJL convention in Seattle, we heard from a Carbon
Coach, who suggested ways to enhance our efforts at tikkun olam, or
