I recently had the pleasure of introducing a panel at the Miami BookFair International in which Michael Goldfarb spoke. (He's an American living in London for about 20 years - NPR's London correspondent and more...) His latest book has just been released: Emancipation: How Liberating Europe's Jews from the Ghetto Led to Revolution and Renaissance (Simon & Schuster). It's an extrordinary book and his presentation is dynamic. He is looking to come back to the states in the spring to speak at more venues (Obviously, I highly recommend him!)
