The resources listed for details on the persecution of homosexuals during 
the Holocaust are all noteworthy. Gad Beck who is Jewish, gay and a 
Holocaust survivor has been making many presentations in the last decade. 
The Holocaust Museum in Washington DC has a small section on this unique 
aspect of the Holocaust. In 1983 I wrote a paper and newspaper article on 
this issue and if anyone would like a copy, contact me.

Program Note:



AJLI invites you to hear Rabbi Zelig Chinitz, the Senior Advisor to the 
Chief Executive Officer of the Jewish National Fund at the next Lunch Forum 
on Wednesday, October 6. Rabbi Chinitz has held positions with the World 
Zionist Organization, and United Israel Appeal, UJA, various synagogues and 
is an expert on Israel-Diaspora relations. This event will take place in 
the Warburg Room on the 7th floor of the UJA-Federation building at 130 
East 59th Street (between Lexington and Park Aves.) at 12 noon. The cost is 
$10 for members and $13 for nonmembers. A  Sukkah is present on the 7th 
floor. For security purposes and to reserve lunch, reservations must be
