Thank you so much for the wonderful list you do for Jewish Book Month
every year. Not only do I use it in my small synagogue library for
use by the congregants, I also share it with my Hadassah Chapter for
our monthly book club to choose the selections for our group.
I also truly appreciate the work you put into the book list. I know how time
consuming and tedious a job it can be. I am grateful for your work and the
benefit it brings to so many librarians and patrons.

Month. We seem to do all right for the adults and younger children,

Coincidently, the 87th annual Children's Book Week, sponsored by the
Children's Book Council (CBC) will be held November 13-19. Their
website http://www.cbcbooks.org/cb.cbcbooks.org/cbw has some
great ideas for programming and publicity, although none of it is
specifically for Jewish
I would like to suggest that we add a link to the AJL website for
Jewish Book Month. Perhaps JBC will give AJL Council the information
each year in advance so we can post, it or provide a link to their site.
