If your budget allows, the Koren Talmud Balvi would be an excellent
addition. While it does include Hebrew, the amount of description and
graphics make it more approachable to less scholarly folks.

Allow me to suggest the complete up-to-date English-Hebrew, Hebrew English
Dictionary edited by Shimon Zilberman , A Tikkun, Torah Commentary (asked the
Rabbi for suggestion).
I retired a long time ago, but the above are recommended.
