Winona State University invites applications for the following positions at the Darrell W. Krueger Library: *Electronic Resources Librarian:* This is a probationary/tenure-track appointment. This position is responsible for maintaining access to the library’s online databases, content management system, discovery layer, knowledge bases, proxy server, and electronic services. Minimum qualifications for this position are (1) an MLS/MLIS or equivalent degree from an ALA accredited institution; (2) experience with electronic resources, including online databases, link resolvers and proxy servers; and (3) demonstrated commitment to quality service. *Distance Education and Outreach Librarian:* This is a fixed-term appointment. This position is responsible for coordinating and developing the library’s online virtual services and services for WSU’s rapidly expanding 2 + 2 programs/online degree programs. Additionally, this position coordinates outreach strategies using the library’s social media platforms and other media for publicizing library services. Minimum qualifications for this position are (1) a MLS/MLIS or equivalent degree from an ALA accredited institution; (2) experience with traditional and online services involving distance education including familiarity with web conferencing, content or course management systems, and production tools. Examples include: Adobe Connect; Springshare; D2L/Brightspace; and Camtasia; and (3) demonstrated commitment to quality service Both positions are nine-month appointments with additional duties assigned by the Dean.
