Any AJL members in Salt Lake City? The Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA) of ALA is meeting in Salt Lake City in November: http://www.ala.org/yalsa/yasymposium. I don't know what it's like or if it's too late to be involved, but reaching out to teen librarians might be productive and promoting our Sydney Taylor teen award might be welcome. If anyone is going, please talk up the Sydney Taylor award and watch for possible speakers for this summer's AJL conference.
