I made a no-frills MacPPC binary of the Hugs 98-990222 Beta, which will be
available somewhere at
ftp://haskell.org/pub/haskell/hugs/990319/hugs98-990319-MacPPC-binary.sit.bin
It can be unpacked using Stuffit Expander.
The missing directory demos/cgi has been added from the 990222 distribution.
