Steve, if I were to perform ICA on the grayordinates would I still be able to
dualregress this onto a patient nifti dataset? Like others have suggested,
wouldn't my patient data need to be in cifti?

NOTE: this assumes your volumes are in fact aligned via coordinates already
(you can check for this by loading the ROI and an SBRef or similar image
that is known to align with the rfMRI).
wb_command -volume-affine-resample mask.nii.gz identity.txt rfMRI.nii.gz
TRILINEAR resampled_mask.nii.gz
Thank you very much, Tim, for the help. I think I ‘d like to try the
wb_command -volume-affine-resample approach. Could you please help me with a
complete command given a “mask.nii.gz” that needs to be transformed into a
“rfMRI.nii.gz” space.
