Do you get an error message? Matt. On 12/21/18, 1:55 PM, "Moataz Assem" wrote: >Hi, > >I ran into the same problem while running the PostFix script. Re: [HCP-Users] Postfix
Hi, I ran into the same problem while running the PostFix script. The ICA directory does not contain a ComponentList.txt file but it does contain Noise.txt and Signal.txt Is this a file that should have been created at some step during one of the hcp_fix steps? Re: [HCP-Users] Temporal signal to noise ratio of HCP subjects
Hi, tSNR (and a fairly sophisticated variance partitioning) is available via the “RestingStateStats” pipeline. If you have the full sets of packages from HCP-YA, see the ${subject}/MNINonLinear/Results/${fMRIName}/${fMRIName}_Atlas_stats.txt file, which includes a “tSNR” entry. (Associated maps are available in the ${fMRIName}_Atlas_stats.dscalar.nii file). Note that in the context of RestingStateStats, “tSNR” is defined as: TSNR = MEAN ./ sqrt(UnstructNoiseVar); i.e,. the noise estimate is derived from an estimate of the unstructured (“gaussian”) noise; not simply the standard deviation of the time series. See RestingStateStats.m for the full algorithmic details. In terms of structural QC, take a look at this: https://github.com/Washington-University/StructuralQC and the “Data Quality” (lecture and practical portions) slides from the 2018 HCP Course, available here: https://store.humanconnectome.org/courses/2018/exploring-the-human-connectome.php cheers, -MH -- Michael Harms, Ph.D. --- Associate Professor of Psychiatry Washington University School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry, Box 8134 660 South Euclid Ave.Tel: 314-747-6173 St. Louis, MO 63110 Email: mha...@wustl.edu From: on behalf of Aaron C Date: Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 11:29 AM To: "hcp-users@humanconnectome.org" Subject: [HCP-Users] Temporal signal to noise ratio of HCP subjects Dear HCP experts, I am looking for temporal signal to noise ratio of the resting state data of HCP subjects. Is that information available somewhere? Also, is there any existing scene file to check GM/WM segmentation quality? Thank you. ___ HCP-Users mailing list HCP-Users@humanconnectome.org http://lists.humanconnectome.org/mailman/listinfo/hcp-users The materials in this message are private and may contain Protected Healthcare Information or other information of a sensitive nature.
